About Data and AI<\/h3>\n

Workflow Scheduling Insights is a browser-based analytics dashboard that uses CSV files exported from AB Manager to help analyze workflow schedules, milestones, workload, gaps, and trends.<\/p>\n

The source data originates in AB Manager and is exported by the user as CSV files. After export, the dashboard processes the working data locally in your web browser.<\/p>\n

Workflow Scheduling Insights does not upload exported working data back to AQS servers for analytics or AI processing. This gives your organization flexibility to determine whether and how optional AI features may be used, according to your own security, confidentiality, and IT policies \u2014 without embedding AI directly into the core AB Manager online system.<\/p>\n

Why We Designed It This Way<\/h3>\n

Workflow Scheduling Insights is intentionally designed as a flexible snap-on analytics tool that complements AB Manager.<\/p>\n

This approach provides several advantages:<\/p>\n

Customer-controlled analysis \u2014 exported data is analyzed locally in your browser.
\nOptional AI \u2014 use Gemini or other approved AI tools only if permitted by your organization.
\nFast customization \u2014 new analytics, dashboards, and workflow insights can be added quickly without impacting the core AB Manager platform.
\nSecurity flexibility \u2014 organizations maintain control over how exported data is reviewed and analyzed.<\/p>\n

Getting Started<\/h3>\n

Step 1 \u2014 Download the Dashboard<\/strong><\/p>\n

Download the Workflow Scheduling Insights HTML file to your local computer.<\/p>\n

Download: ab_manager_workflow_scheduling_insights<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2014 Export Data from AB Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will need two CSV exports:<\/p>\n

Labs CSV<\/p>\n

In AB Manager:<\/p>\n

Laboratory \u2192 Laboratory \u2192 Export CSV<\/p>\n

Milestones CSV<\/p>\n

In AB Manager:<\/p>\n

Scheduling \u2192 Workflows \u2192 Milestones<\/p>\n

Set:<\/p>\n

Milestone Status = All
\nWorkflow Status = All<\/p>\n

Then select:<\/p>\n

Export CSV<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2014 Open the Dashboard<\/strong><\/p>\n

Double-click the downloaded HTML file to open it in your browser.<\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2014 Load Your Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

The dashboard remembers your most recently loaded files locally in your browser for convenience.<\/p>\n

Optional AI Features<\/h3>\n

If enabled by your organization, you may optionally connect an approved AI provider (such as Gemini) to ask questions about your workflow data.<\/p>\n
