We’re excited to introduce AB Checklists—a new companion app for AB Manager that allows assessors to complete inspections anywhere, anytime—even without internet access.


Why AB Checklists?

Field assessments don’t always happen in ideal conditions. Whether you’re in a remote location, a basement lab, or simply dealing with unreliable Wi-Fi, connectivity can be a challenge.

AB Checklists solves that problem.

With this new app, assessors can:

  • Download assigned checklists directly to their device
  • Complete assessments fully offline
  • Capture observations in real time
  • Sync everything back to AB Manager when reconnected

How It Works

The workflow is simple and designed to fit seamlessly into your existing process:

  1. Prepare in AB Manager
    Assign checklists to an assessment as you normally would.
  2. Download to Your Device
    Log into AB Checklists and download the assessment and associated checklists.
  3. Work Offline
    Complete the inspection on a laptop, tablet, or phone—no internet required.
  4. Sync When Ready
    Once you’re back online, sync your work to AB Manager. Your completed checklists and responses are instantly available in the system.

Important Notes

  • Checklists are downloaded and stored locally on your device
  • Syncing will overwrite the current version in AB Manager—so coordination is important if multiple users are involved
  • Best practice is to focus on one or two active assessments per device
